22nd August

hi.
for the 22nd August, I was wondering if anyone fancied doing this route instead? www.bikehike.co.uk/mapview.php?id=13273. It is really hard! 75 miles taking in Garsdale Head, Malham Cove and the highest road in Yorkshire, Fleet Moss. It will be very challenging - no real cafes until Hawes, although that's at the bottom of fleet moss, so maybe we should wait for cake til we're over the other side. There's a cafe and a pub in Buckden. This route takes us past malham cove, between pen y ghent and ingleborough, upto ribblehead viaduct, and through one of the prettiest parts of the dales for me, oughtershaw/yockenthwaite - basically the top of Wharfdale. And it will hurt like billio. It's only an extra 10 miles over the one we planned before, but Ireckon it would be much better.
