We shared ideas about what we wanted to happen at this years mini
festival. These ideas included:

Critical Mass- Fancy Dress, with after party- BBQ/Bonfire

Timetable

Sunday 24th October
Noon: Spokes Bike Dance Workshop
2pm: Beginners Bicycle Polo- a fun + chilled session on bicycle polo, learn how the game works, the rules and have a go!

Monday 25th October:
5.30pm Bike Tour of Manchester, visiting places of interest
for new cyclists in the city (such as fallowfield Loop, bike shops, bars
etc)

Tuesday 26th October
6pm Bat Ride

Wednesday 27th October:
2pm til late- freak bike welding/building

Thursday 28th October:
6.30pm Cyclists Supper- Bring and share vegan food for a feast! Followed by Roller Racing and DJ's

Friday 29th October:
6pm Central Library: Critical Mass with freak bikes and fancy dress, followed by bonfire, tall bike jousting and chariot racing and pedal powered party at secret outdoor location

Saturday 30th October:
Noon at Unicorn Car Park Road Ride to Alderly Edge
Noon: Off-road ride

Sunday 31st October:
2pm Bike Treasurehunt
6pm Zombie Ride

+ Throughout- Bike Art Blitz (During the whole festival we shall be
running an art exhibition literally in our city. Put up your bike art for
everyone to enjoy without the complications of walls and ceilings! Then
upload pictures of it with its whereabouts so we can show it off on the
website. To upload pictures you need to log in - or create a free account.
Then, create your work of art and upload a picture of it. Use the map to
find where you did it and click to put a marker down. The current
submissions can be seen on the Art Blitz map)

Jobs: we'd like EVERYONE to help make this happen- we don't have any funding and we all volunteer our time to make this happen (it's noone's job, and everyone's job at the same time!)

Volunteers needed to:
* Donate bikes etc for freak bike building
* Marshalls for treasurehunt
* People to help give out food etc. at BBQ after critical mass
* People with welding skills to come and teach/help/support
