Bike Horror Fest

some of you may know that each year i bike mcr celebrates the coming of
more bike loving students to manchester with a week long mini festival in
october. this year we're having it a bit later than usual to give everyone
a bit of time to settle in...

it's gonna be the last week of october- monday 25th- sunday 31st
(HALLOWEEN) October.

we'd love it if everyone that wanted to participate in the rides,
workshops etc also participated in the organising, planning and preparing
in one way or another....

so in order to help that along we are having a meeting on Monday 16th
August at 7pm at Hardy's Well on Wilmslow Road, Rusholme where people can
come along to share their ideas of what they would like to be on the
timetable and how they would like to help make everything happen.

if you can't make that meeting but would like to be involved please email
to let us know ESPECIALLY if there is a specific event you'd like to
organise- it's best you come though so we can chat and make sure nothing
clashes etc.

At this meeting we shall also be discussing critical mass and after
parties, fundraising and other workshops/event ideas.
